Matthew is the CEO & Co-Founder of Borderless, a technology platform and expert team helping UK employers deal with the headache of international hiring and sponsorship.

From sponsor licence applications, to immigration and ongoing compliance, our mission is to help businesses solve staffing challenges by simplifying the migration process, enabling them to find and easily employ workers from anywhere in the world. Borderless supports more than 350 UK businesses and has helped more than 2,500 workers.

Originally from the UK, Matthew worked in the technology industry in San Francisco before relocating back to London to found Borderless and help the UK deal with it’s growing skilled worker shortage.
